In an open sea, she see's the vast beyond.
The endless ocean, endless waves.
"There is no end to our journey this May."
She cooks for the crew, and makes all the beds.
"Another day on the rough seas" she sighs in her head.
At night she lays on the deck to look at the skies.
She never expected the love she felt that night.
As she silently listened to the waves of the sea,
"a gentle wisper came over me."
"You're loved beyond words, your work is well done."
Then she lifted her head, to see the rising sun.
What do you know, as the sun clearly showed...
"LAND AHEAD" all the men bellowed.
Jofully, she praised God for his grace.
" True rest is in hand, God has given us peace."

nice
could be made into a song perhaps
wonderful. Always enjoyed the open sea settings in poems.
